The company Asseco Central Europe is a strong regional software centre for Central Europe in the area of IT services and products with high added value for all market segments. Asseco CE is one of the pillars of Asseco Group.

We offer comprehensive, proprietary IT solutions for all sectors of the economy. Own solutions account for over a half of Asseco Group total sales revenues. Asseco Central Europe is a part of one of the strongest software houses in Europe - Asseco Group. Company was established in July 2009 with the integration of Asseco Slovakia and Asseco Czech Republic, but has been gradually expanding further.
Trade name Asseco Central Europe has been registered in both countries in spring 2010. The Company holds a stake in a number of companies with an IT and telecommunications focus. The entire Asseco Central Europe Group currently employs more than 1,600 people.

On October 10, 2006 Asseco Central Europe, formerly Asseco Slovakia, was listed on Warsaw Stock Exchange, thus becoming the first Slovak company to be directly quoted on a foreign stock exchange.
In order to continue the growth of Asseco Central Europe Group, the company proceeded with realization of another important decision. At the end of May 2008, new shares were authorized in a secondary public offering on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
