Hatice Ayas - Member of Management Board
In 1991 she joined ITD İletişim Teknoloji Danışmanlık Ticaret A.Ş. (“ITD”) and took different responsibilities within the company (listed below):
1991 - 1996 Product Manager (Last Position) responsible for the Voice Automation Solutions of the company. She took part in first IVR (Interactive Voice Response) and Contact Center projects of Turkey.
1996 – 2001 Director of Payment Automation Solutions. She was responsible for the development and delivery of the whole portfolio of payment automation solutions.
1997 – 2002 Mrs. Hatice Ayas took major part in the development of the e-payment gateway business which became a separate company – i.e. EST Elektronik Sanal Ticaret ve Bilisim Hizmetleri A.Ş. (“EST”) established in 1999
2002 – 2006 Vice President, New Business Development responsible for:
- Developing new business markets. Mainly focused on Contact Center and Unified Messaging Solutions for the Middle Eastern Countries.
- Developing new business lines to enrich the solution portfolio of the company

Mr. Calin Barseti is a member of the National Office for Inventions and Brands with two technical inventions.

Miodrag Mirčetić - Member of Management Board
Troughout his career, Miodrag has changed several generations of IT platforms: from MS DOS and COBOL, through UNIX to Microsoft Windows and SQL Server.
In 1993, he went to Skopje - Macedonia, where with a few colleagues he started PEXIM Solutions Company. In PEXIM, a new generation of applications for the banking segment was developed and an innovative market approach was created. After 3 years, a client base of 6 banks had been established and an aggressive growth of the PEXIM Company had begun.
In 1997, Miodrag returned to Belgrade in order to manage the PEXIM Company in Serbia. At that time, PEXIM become the dominant player in high quality solutions and IT infrastructure deployment for the financial sector industries on the market.
In 2002 Miodrag became the CEO of PEXIM Group and managed companies in Serbia, Macedonia, Montenegro and Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria and Albania.
After the establishment of the Asseco SEE Group and merger of Pexim, Antegra and Cardinfo companies, Miodrag become President of the Management Board of Asseco SEE d.o.o Belgrade.
Dražen Pehar - Member of Management Board
He has more than 18 years of experience in IT business. With his engagement of and knowledge about different aspects of the financial sector IT industry, he has proved himself in numerous projects of development and implementation of solutions and services for the banks in the region of Southernaster Europe and wider.
He started his career in the company Logos, which he founded with his partners in 1993, in Croatia. Logos was focused on the development of call/contact centers, Internet security and mobile solutions for banking and the public sector. In all the technology fields mentioned above, Logos was the pioneer in developing and implementing its own solutions in the local and regional market. In 2008, Logos was acquired by Asseco South Eastern Europe, where he is continuing his career today.
He holds a Bachelor degree from Banja Luka University as Electrical Engineer.
He was born in 1966 in Banja Luka, Bosnia and Herzegovina. He is married and has two children.
