Vice president of Asseco among the most influential women of the Polish technology industry according to "My Company Polska"

Karolina Rzońca-Bajorek was included in the list of "15 influential women of the Polish technology industry", published by the editors of the magazine "My Company Polska". Included in the list are female leaders responsible for digital transformation, implementation of innovations and diversity activities in the world of new technologies.

The Asseco Group is the largest IT company in the Central and Eastern European region. For more than 30 years it has been developing technologically advanced software for companies in key economic sectors. The Group, which is a federation of companies operating in more than 60 countries around the world, is headed by Asseco Poland, which was one of the first startups founded in Poland. Karolina Rzońca-Bajorek has been the vice president of Asseco Poland since 2021. As the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), she is responsible for the Company Finance Division and the Asseco Group Finance Division, as well as the Shared Service Center Department.
