He is responsible for the development vision and strategy of the Asseco Group and the Internal Audit Department.
The Founder and CEO of Asseco Poland. Since 1991, he developed COMP Rzeszów, which, after its IPO on the Warsaw Stock Exchange (WSE) as Asseco Poland, became the leader of the Asseco Group's growth on international markets.
He graduated from the Kraków University of Economics (majoring in economic cybernetics and computer science) and holds a doctorate in economic sciences. From 1979 to 1990, he worked at a branch of MariaCurie-Skłodowska University in Rzeszów, initially as an assistant, and ended his association with the university as an assistant professor. From 1991 to 1993, he was involved in the Polish-American Project to Build Entrepreneurship Institutes in Poland.
Between 1999 and 2006, he served as the Chairman or Member of the Supervisory Board at the companies: ABAS and COMP Soft, as well as Softlab, Softlab Trade, WA-PRO, Asseco Romania, Vistula & Wólczanka, ABG (formerly DRQ) and Asseco Systems. He served as the Honorary Consul of the Slovak Republic from 2001 to 2024.
He currently serves as the Chairman of the Supervisory Board at the companies: Asseco International, Asseco Central Europe (Slovakia), Asseco Central Europe (Czech Republic), Asseco Western Europe, Asseco Data Systems and Asseco Cloud as well as the Vice Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Asseco South Eastern Europe and Asseco Business Solutions. He is a member of the Supervisory Board of Asseco Enterprise Solutions, the Podkarpacki Business Club (Podkarpacki Klub Biznesu) and the Podkarpacki Employers Association (Podkarpacki Związek Pracodawców).
Rafał Kozłowski
President of the Management Board, Asseco Enterprise Solutions
Since 2025, the Vice President of the Management Board of Asseco Poland. He is responsible for ERP and international operations. He graduated from the University of Warsaw, where he earned a master's degree from the Department of Organization and Management. He completed the Project Management Program organized by PMI, the International Accounting Standards Program organized by Ernst & Young Academy of Business, and The Emerging CFO: Strategic Financial Leadership Program by Stanford GSB. He served as the CFO at Delta Software from 1996 to 1998, and then as the Senior Manager at Veraudyt from 1998 to 2003. From 2004 to 2006, he was the Director of the Treasury Department at Softbank S.A., where he was delegated to serve as the Vice President for Finance at subsidiary Sawan S.A. From 2007 to 2009, he served as the Director of the Controlling and Investment Division at Asseco Poland S.A. From May 2008 to May 2012, he served as the Vice President of Asseco South Eastern Europe S.A. During this period, he was directly involved in the acquisitions of the companies comprising the holding company Asseco South Eastern Europe, as well as in carrying out the holding company's IPO process on the Warsaw Stock Exchange (WSE). From 2012 to 2021, as the Vice President of Asseco Poland S.A. and the CFO of the Asseco Group, he was responsible for financial management. Since 2020, he has served as the President of the Management Board of Asseco Enterprise Solutions, responsible for the development of the ERP area in the Asseco Group. From 2014 to 2024, he served as the Vice President of the Management Board and since 2024 he has served as the President of the Management Board of Asseco Western Europe. He serves on the Boards of Directors (BoD) of Formula Systems and Asseco International. He serves as the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Asseco Business Solutions, Asseco Solutions (Czech Republic), Asseco Solutions AG (Germany), Asseco Solutions (Slovakia), GSTN Consulting, Aquapark Sopot and Park Wodny Sopot. He is also a member of the Supervisory Board of DahliaMatic.
Jozef Klein
Chief Executive Officer, Asseco International
Jozef Klein graduated in Theoretical Cybernetics and Mathematical Informatics from the Mathematics and Psychics Faculty of Comenius University in Bratislava. He has worked for Asseco CE since 1996, first externally, and later as an internal employee in the position Product and Project Manager in the field of DWH & BI. He has been the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Asseco Central Europe in Slovakia since 2002, and the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Asseco Central Europe in the Czech Republic since 2009, simultaneously holding the position of CEO in both companies. Since December 2020, Jozef Klein has been the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Asseco Enterprise Solutions, a. s. and since November 2017, he has served as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Asseco International, a. s. Jozef Klein acts as a Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Asseco Solutions Slovakia and as a member of the Supervisory Board in the companies: Asseco Solutions (CZ), Asseco Solutions AG (DE) and as the Chairman of the Supervisory Board in the companies Asseco South Eastern Europe, Asseco Central Europe Magyarország, Asseco CEIT, Asseco CE Cloud, exe, and EdgeCom. He won EY Entrepreneur Of The YearTM 2016 in the Slovak Republic.
Guy Bernstein
Chief Executive Officer, Formula Systems
Guy Bernstein was appointed our Chief Executive Officer in January 2008. Mr. Bernstein served as a member of our board of directors from November 2006 to December 2008. Mr. Bernstein served as a director of Emblaze Ltd., or Emblaze, our former controlling shareholder and a publicly-traded company listed on the London Stock Exchange, from April 2004 until February 2011. From December 2006 to November 2010, Mr. Bernstein also served as chief executive officer of Emblaze, and, prior thereto, from April 2004 to December 2006, as the chief financial officer of Emblaze. Mr. Bernstein serves as the chairman of the board of directors of each of Matrix and Sapiens and as chief executive officer and director of Magic Software, where he served as the chief financial and operations officer from 1999 until 2004, when he joined Emblaze. He joined Magic Software from Kost Forer Gabbay & Kasierer, a member of Ernst & Young Global, where he served as senior manager from 1994 to 1997. Mr. Bernstein holds a B.A. degree in accounting and economics from Tel Aviv University and is a certified public accountant in Israel.
Marek Panek

Since 2007, the Vice President of the Management Board of Asseco Poland. He is responsible for the Group Development Division and the EU Projects Office. He graduated from the Faculty of Mechanical and Aeronautical Engineering at the Rzeszów University of Technology, where he received his master's degree in 1994. In 1995, he joined COMP (now Asseco Poland), serving successively as: a Specialist in the field of business affairs, a Marketing Manager, the Director of the Sales and Marketing Department, and the Management Board Member from 2004 to 2007. From 2016 to 2024, he served as the Chairman of the Supervisory Board at Asseco Resovia. From 2015 to 2023, he served as a member of the Supervisory Board of the Lithuanian company Sintagma. He currently serves as the Chairman of the Management Board of Formula Systems and the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Nextbank Software. He is a member of the Supervisory Board in the following companies: Asseco Lietuva, Asseco Central Europe (Slovakia), Asseco Central Europe (Czech Republic), Asseco Innovation Fund and adesso banking solutions. He is the President of the Management Board of GSTN Consulting and a member of the Management Board of Asseco International.
Zbigniew Pomianek
Vice President of the Management Board, Asseco Poland
Since 2007, the Vice President of Asseco Poland. He is responsible for the following Divisions: Commercial Banks, Cooperative Banks, Business Intelligence, Capital Market, PKO BP, as well as Asseco Services. A graduate of the Faculty of Construction and Environmental Engineering at the Rzeszów University of Technology. From 1990 to 1992, he was an assistant at the department. From 1992, he worked as an IT specialist at Jazcoop, and from 1993 to 1995 at COMP. He co-founded Asseco Poland, where he has worked since 1995, serving successively as: the Director of Banking Services, the Deputy General Manager, the Director of the Software Division, the Director of the Commercial Banks Division. From 2000 to 2004, he served as a member of the Supervisory Board of Studio Komputerowe Galkom. From 2007 to 2009, he served as the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Anica System. He was a member of Postdata's Supervisory Board from 2007 to 2015. From 2013 to 2018, he served as a member of the Supervisory Board of ZUI Novum. He currently serves as a member of the Supervisory Board of Asseco Business Solutions, Nextbank Software and adesso banking solutions. He is the Chairman of the Supervisory Board at the Asseco Innovation Fund.
Karolina Rzońca-Bajorek

Since 2021, the Vice President of Asseco Poland. As the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), she is responsible for the Company's Finance Division and the Asseco Group's Finance Division and Shared Service Center Department. A graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics, majoring in Finance and Accounting (specialization: Corporate Finance and Accounting). She began her career in 2009 in the audit department of Ernst & Young Audit Sp. Ltd. where she participated in audits of large enterprise clients. From 2012 to 2014, she worked at Asseco Poland as a finance Specialist in the Reporting Department of the Asseco Group. Subsequently, from 2014 to 2015, she was an Expert in stock market reporting at PHZ Baltona. From 2015, as the Director of the Reporting Department of the Asseco Group, she was responsible for the process of periodic reporting and the implementation and application of a consistent accounting policy in Asseco Poland and the Group companies. Since 2019, as the Director of the Finance Division of the Asseco Group, she has managed the area covering group processes in management accounting and controlling. She holds an FCCA title and a Certificate of the Minister of Finance authorizing her to provide bookkeeping services. She currently serves as a Member of the Management Board of Formula Systems and as a Member of the Supervisory Board at Asseco CEIT, a.s.

Piotr Jeleński
Chief Executive Officer, Asseco South Eastern Europe
Manager with a broad experience in establishing new business in different countries including South-Eastern Europe and Turkey. He is managing international structure with over 1300 people operating in 12 countries.
Piotr Jeleński is President of the Management Board of Asseco South Eastern Europe S.A. since July 2007. He is managing Asseco South Eastern Europe Group and is responsible for overall strategy as well as daily development of all ASEE Business Units and respective country operations. He is focused on organic growth supported by selective acquisitions.
Between January 2002 and June 2009 he worked as CFO of Softbank and following Softbank's merger into Asseco Poland, CFO of Asseco Poland and Board Member. His responsibilities included organizing financing, restructuring, managing M&A activities, introduction of new procedures and business processes. Major milestones included management and support in merger processes with three major Polish IT vendors (Softbank, Prokom and ABG).
Prior to that, since September 1996 till July 2001 Piotr Jeleński worked as Deputy Director for CA IB Financial Advisers and was responsible in the investment bank for project origination and execution in the area of mergers and acquisitions.
Piotr Jeleński is a graduate of Warsaw University, where he obtained a Master of Economics degree with a specialization in Organization and Management. He is also a graduate of Aston Business School in Birmingham, UK with Master of Business degree.
Przemysław Sęczkowski

Przemyslaw Seczkowski graduated the Faculty of Economics at the University of Gdansk. In the years 1999–2001, he was the Deputy General Director for Economic and Financial Affairs at PPUP Poczta Polska, where he was responsible, among others, for for supervision over the Central Settlement Centre. In 2002 2003, he was the Director of the consulting company Concordia Sp. z o. o. He sat on the Supervisory Boards of, among others Impexmetal S.A. (1998-2001), PPUP Poczta Polska (1999-2002), PTE Pocztylion (2000-2002), NFI Zachodniego S.A. (2003-2004) and ABG S.A. (2005-2008).
He was a member of the Supervisory Board of Postdata S.A. (since 2004), Asseco South Eastern Europe S.A. (since 2007). Since 2008, he has been a Member of the Supervisory Board of Asseco Central Europe, a.s. He was the President of the Management Board of UAB Sintagma, Asseco Northern Europe S.A. and Vice-President of the Management Board of Asseco South Western Europe S.A. He was also the Vice President of Softbank (banking software) in 2004-2008.
From January 4, 2007 to February 1, 2018, he was the Vice-President of the Management Board of Asseco Poland S.A. He was responsible for the Capital Investments Division. He is still the President of the Management Board of Asseco Western Europe and Member of the Supervisory Board of Asseco Central Europe (SK). From November 1, 2017, he is a Member of the Management Board of Asseco International a.s.
