Asseco will supply patient service system at Kozienice Hospital

Asseco has signed an agreement for the informatization of the District Hospital in Kozienice. Its main goal is to provide patients with access to e-Services. Under the contract, the company will provide a comprehensive and integrated IT system - Asseco Medical Management Solutions (AMMS).

The informatization of the facility in Kozienice is to include the introduction of electronic prescriptions, referrals, sick leaves and electronic documentation. This will be possible thanks to the replacement of the old IT infrastructure. AMMS will connect the medical and administrative part and ensure fast communication between patients and other medical units with the Kozienice hospital. It will also ensure quick access to the documents necessary for its management.

The solution will significantly reduce the number of errors and speed up the circulation of documentation. After the introduction of this system, we will immediately know what is happening in the hospital. Currently, we can wait even a month and a half for data from individual departments, said Jarosław Pawlik, Director of the District Hospital in Kozienice.

The choice of our offer means further cooperation between the hospital and Asseco. The system we offer is the most modern on the Polish market. It will provide the facility with full informatization, which will significantly improve its work, owing to which medical personnel and doctors will be able to devote more time to their patients, said Maciej Pykosz, Sales Director, Asseco Poland.

The contract will be executed within a consortium with Technet, which will provide the necessary infrastructure. The contract value exceeds PLN 5.6 million. It is planned to be completed by mid-2019.
